At SA Furniture Finders, we work to ensure your furniture arrives safely and within a reasonable timeframe. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.

Delivery Coverage

We are currently only shipping to addresses within the United States and Italy. We are temporarily unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations in other countries.

Shipping Costs

Orders totaling $100.00 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders under $100.00: Flat rate of $10.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we require 1–3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. This processing window allows us to carefully inspect, package, and arrange carrier pickup for your furniture.

Orders submitted after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeframe

After your order ships, standard transit time is 4–5 business days. Total delivery time (processing plus transit) typically ranges from 5–8 business days from order placement.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers based on your location and item specifications. The carrier is assigned at our discretion to optimize delivery speed and package safety.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order departs our facility. Use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after shipment may not be possible depending on carrier policies.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may request cancellation by contacting us immediately. We will accommodate cancellation requests when possible, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once the carrier has picked up your package. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process upon receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution. Do not discard packaging materials until you've inspected your items.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking down delayed shipments when necessary.
