Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to initiate a return request. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

In original packaging with all tags, labels, and hardware intact

Free from assembly, modification, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale," custom-ordered pieces, or specially configured products cannot be returned. If no such restrictions apply to your purchase, standard return terms are available.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label on a case-by-case basis after reviewing your claim

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will include the product price. Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.
